i like to know about the good AND the bad and see if the pros are worth dealing with the cons XD
and i still would not call it a review of the game
just a review of the bad points XD

I would never actually listen to one of the reviewers about a game after what happened with the NHL PC franchise. I listen just to laugh at this, that's it.

Indeed we are different. For me, by the time I'm watching a review of a game, I already know the pros. The pros are what drew my attention to the game and therefore made me find a review on. All that pointing out the good things would do for me is confirm whether or not the pros that I'm expecting are indeed there, which can be done elsewhere. I'm also 100% sure that I'm not the only person who does things this way.
Celebi is like a trophy wife. She's nice to show off to your friends about how awesome you are at catching the good ones, but she really can't do jack **** other than look pretty.

I cant say wether or not that video was credible...I've never played Shadow Collossus...I did want to though....however if what anubis and lucky is looking for is some dude whos complaining fine...although to his credit the shadow collossus review did contain good and bad things...Anyway if what you guys want is some dude * fine....but if I just saw a commercial on tv about a new game and wanted a real review I would want good and bad points not just negative ones....I still dont think just negative points is a review and I dont think anyone has any buisness posting a review to a game they played 5 out of 60 some hours of. No that is not like saying get to lvl 200 on Maple Story because that game is online it follows a different kind of thing.
if i put in the first episode of nanoha whatever its called and i only watched until the end of the titles
and reviewed it only on that
people would not get to know about the anime only the points i THINK i know about the anime based on those first 5 minutes. and from those you wqould probably not get many good point unless i was really into the little girls with magic card captors thing
which im sorry the titles make it look like i dont know enough about the story or any aspect of the anime to truly comment on it yet

Indeed, but there is a vast difference between 5 minutes and 5 hours. 5 hours, longer than the average game of other genres. To put it more into your analogy, it would be more like you watching the first 2 and a half hours of a 30 hour movie, and the first 2 and a half hours were so ***** boring that you fell asleep and didn't see the rest of it, and then proclaiming that the movie is slow as hell and take forever to get into it and it bored you to sleep, which would be a completely valid comment and would save me, the reader, two and a half hours plus sleep time worth of horrible boredom.

That analogy was already used. And I would understand if people judged the first season based on the first 3 episodes Beacuse:
1.) Where the hell is Fate?
2.) Is it just me, or is there absolutely no other people in the city?
3.) Why does Nanoha do nothing but let her device auto-guard her until the monster dies of exhaustion and recoil, and then call it a good days work?
4.) Wait a minute, didn't I see these exact same sequences in just about every other magical girl show?
5.) And most importantly: Where the HELL is Fate?
The second season was much better since it draws the audience in within the first few minutes. I won't spoil it, it's just too good.
Wait a minute, he already claimed it was just a 5 hour review. He didn't really conclude anything on teh Game other than what he noticed in the first 5 hours.
well i would havew to base it off of only the first season (we arent commenting on all ff games and at least not even all ff13 games there is a ps3 and psp one coming out right?)and that is only thirteen episodes
i would have to wait four of those to even see a character?
if i said i only watched the first 3 episodes because it was so crap and that there is no character like fate in it and THAT was one of my main points that a character like fate is not in it

that introduces you to the characters for four of the episodes then has a REALLY good story

There's good points in the first 3 episodes? Since Nanoha just loves to recap everything at the beginning of each episode you might as well start at 4.
But I already know your point, don't say only bad things about a game. So you would be happy if he talked for a minute about how amazing the graphics are and how "unique" the gameplay was?
if he made point to the main good and bad points of the game that a general gamer would appreciate that would be best
if he at least pointed out SOMETHING that wasnt bad it would help

Yes, at an extraordinarily slow rate. It only takes 3-4 hours to get started, and then it only takes 3-4 hours after that for it to get INTERESTING. >.>

Doesnt matter about other genres...in fact it doesnt even matter about any other game because this game takes a lot longer then that. As for a 30 hour movie...you have to admit thats a little bit ridiculous...I think the comparison to anime or even some other series is better because those are long span but are split up....no ones gonna sit and watch a 30 hr movie no matter how good or bad it was...it would have to be split up. I actually have watched animes I didnt think were that good til the end and so now i can safely say those were crap...and those that I didnt watch to the end I can say that the first 3 eps were crap.....now he can say that the first 5 hrs are crap and thats fine and he does say it makes him not want to continue fine.....but when he comments on stuff like the battle system and goes on to say that later on he would have got paradigms but he doesnt like the battle system anyway....he wouldnt know because he didnt make it past the 5 hour mark of a 60 hour game therefor did not experience the full battle system....also if you take into account his complaints about the plot line not being explained....he didnt stick in there....thats like me going well I read the first 2 chapters of this 30 chapter novel and I still dont know who all these people are or exactly what they are all doing here so I stopped reading that....No you have to stick in there because the story unfolds...he doesnt like that because as he stated himself he doesnt like rpgs...thats not his kind of game.
Well thats your oppinion anubis...and thats valid...but personally I was intrigued right from the start it didnt take any amount of time for me to be into it at all.
