Your first Final Fantasy?
It seems, after reading some peoples posts, that your favourite FF is the first one you played. Do you think this is true?
FFX was my first and it is my favourite.

FFVII was my favorite because at that time I only had the N64, and when I seen that FFVII commercial on MTV I ran out the door that second and bought a PSX with FFVII. I then forgot the memory card and had to go back to Walmart  However that is still the only game that had my whole family sitting beside me and watching how cool the game was.

Thats cool with the family. The only games that had my family interested were Banjo-Kazooie and Worms Armageddon on N64.

Yeah, the thing was when I saw the commercial I was like "Wow, looks like a cool new movie is out in the theatres" then at the end of the commercial it said "Final Fantasy VII" I was like "OMG!!!!!!!!!! That's Final Fantasy!?!" That year I got out of gaming since I was in school and working 2 jobs, had a girlfriend, played sports, so I couldnt keep up with games but I did still manage to play them late at night before going to bed. However I didnt hear anything about FFVII until that commercial came out.

For me it is real...the first game ive played is FF8 and i really really love it....i can still remember when i encounter an enemy ...i dont know what to do back then and i accidentally attack myself....(remember its my first time) i dont have any idea what im doing...

I don't know which game I played first. I think it was one of the SNES games, either II or III, or maybe Final Fantasy Legend on Game Boy. I don't really think that I have a favorite Final Fantasy... they're almost all pretty good, but there are some things I don't like about each. It mostly balances out.

speaking of things i didnt like in ff games... i remember playing ff7 for the first time and for a while i couldnt get over how all the characters hands were just blocks. oh man. now i look back and i love it. it really is the little things in life i guess.

that reminds me of her cactar (however its spelled) doll that randomly cast death... that saved my ass a couple of times. almost makes me wanna play ffx again... but i did everything already (besides beat nemisis  ).
