Xenosaga - Game and Anime
So the first game was based off of the anime, which was 13 episodes long (that I know of). Though the game had some flaws, it was still pretty good, and upgraded decently into the second one, with better graphics and a more unique battle system. I also loved their voices.
But I haven't beaten the second, or played the third yet, and what was originally supposed to be a 7 part series, has narrowed down to three. I wanted to see what other people thought of this gaming series, and if the 3rd one was any good at all (no big spoilers please).
Also, I was wondering if anyone had seen the anime. I have, and the game pretty much followed it down the last line, but with more * and secrets that weren't shown. I do like the style however.

I wasn't aware there was a Xenosaga anime. I own Xenosaga 2 (the first game was not released here, however there is a very unhelpful dvd of cut scenes from episode 1 with the game).
What do I think of the game? Well. It was very hard to follow at first, both the story and the combat system. I've gotten the hang of it though but stopped playing a few moths ago so it's still unfinished.

lol, haven' played that. So is the Xenosaga anime easier to understand than the story presented in the game?
the DVD that came with Ep2 was just useless. It was about 4 hours of scenes from Episode 1 but almost impossible to follow, which made episode 2 hard to play because I didn't really know what was going on. lol

Semi-yeah. Like the words were taken from the anime and put into the game. The anime just reveals more, like why that girl (can't remember what the 100 series is called) was with him all the time.

Yeah, but she had sisters, prototypes made before her, and then others made after her. Her "sisters".
