xbox1 controller help

i realise i posted this in another section and got no replies
but realising someone else posted a technical issue in the games section i guess it should go here...id ask to move the old one but no mods are on anymore XD

problem is i have an xbox 1 controller with macro/turbo buttons
my brother decided to mess with it (trying to turn turbo on anc cheat at a game XD)
and set up some macro's
problem is
i dont know how to turn them off/reset it

any help ?

what kind of controller is it? on the back of it there should be some kind of name, and model number.
