honestly who thought that X was nothing compared to the previous final fantasies? the only reason it sold as well as it did is because it came out with the PS2
I always had 8 as my favourite. Before 10 came out I got the demo that came in FF6 and I hated it but thought the graphics were good. Because of this I never even got it till like 2 years after it had been out. Once I played the real thing it soon became my favourite Final Fantasy.
WHY THOUGH? X IS NOTHING SPECIAL, VI, VII, VIII AND IX WERE ALL BETTER THAN X, AND X IS TOO LINEAR AND TOO EASY AT LEAST IN THE OTHER GAMES YOU COULD GET LOST.
Well I havent played all Final Fantasies but the thing I liked about 10 was how the battle systems done. When its your turn its your turn unlike on 8 where everyones charging while you pick your move. I like being able to change character during battle and the sphere grid is such a fantastic way of levelling.
Storywise 10 is interesting because your left in the dark most of the game as to what sin actually is. Also graphically 10 is the best.
