Wow I just called the police!
I cannot believe the timing of this... my sister asked me to open up the windows before she came by because she is allergic to the FeBreze I had sprayed earlier in the day. So I opened up my blinds, and opened up my window, and then a car came flying passed and stopped. I figured it was just some young people hotroding on a Friday night, then I saw a girl approach the car and yelling at some guy. Then they began wrestling, I assume she had some keys and he was trying to take them or something. I then called the police when it seemed to get serious, and they said that they were on the way.
I have a street light that needs to be fixed so it cuts on and off every minute or so (which is where this all took place). After I finished speaking to the police, I looked out the window again since I could still see an abandoned car with the lights on. When the broken street light came back on, I saw that the girl was laying on the ground motionless! I called the police again and explained that I had just called and provided an update on the situation. She was on the ground for a long time, I was afraid she was stabbed or something. However after a few minutes she got up and walked away, and that was when the police pulled up.
I said that I wanted to be anonymous since I do not get involved in bad things, only wanted to help. However the dispatch called me back, and asked where she was and I said that the police are in the right area. She then walked over to them and they were talking for about 30 minutes. I see the police are still here, I guess they are filing a report since I see them sitting in their cars with their heads down. I guess she drove away since I no longer see her or the car. I said that I wanted to be anonymous as I mentioned before, so I hope they will not contact me or ask me to be a witness in court or anything.

It took them about 10 minutes to get here, which I consider to be kinda long. Yeah it was pretty scary since her body was all twisted and arms spread out while on the pavement.

yeah, if there's something like that going on every minute seems too long...
at least it's better as what i've seen around here, my parents called the cops before because people were fighting, and it took them half a day to get to them...

Well, it usually takes ambulances 7-8 minutes for a cal-out, so 10 minutes isn't bad at all. It sounds like she would be fine though, if she could walk and drive away. Unless the car was towed away for forensics.

this sounds scary, if they want you to go to court, you probably shouldnt cuz well... just so you dont get known by the person and stuff, but if she left she probably is okay unless she went to a hospital :\

if your in a high populated area police time is suppose to be 15 min max for something serious as for being a witness they could just get a statement from you and have you sign off and they can use that as evidence but sine the women who was attacked is okay odds are they will not contact you....now if she died that would be a different story
