if this is the way our laws are decided Perhaps we should replace the house representatives with monkeys, and let then do the voting. think of the costs that would be saved!

but yeah, this does kinda tick me off. and just think what those die hard republicans and democrats would do if they ever found out that a person from the other party was representing their vote!
