WoW addiction!
Sorry folks, i thought i owed an explanation for my absence these past 2 years. some may remember me, while a majority of you probably are thinking "who is this old guy". anyways. I started playing world of warcraft 2 years ago. started out just every once in a while, but then i thought, "I'll start a guild!". worst mistake ever. it was like i was on every chance i got. whether i was helping out the new folks, or working on my skills i just never found enough time to do what i wanted. then it hit me. I am lvl 56, have been for over a year, I'm not even really playing the game, I'm just waisting my time, i can't farm that much gold and get the items it will take to push me on to lvl 70! then, i just lost interest. now i should mention that i also started as a paladin, the worst character class in the game. wish I'd have done some reading, lol. but all in all i liked the community and fellowship, i just hated having to grind so much just to get a better hat, skill, or whatever i was pushing for that day.....again, my apologies to Funender, and to all the friends that i haven't talked to in a while.

Yes I had WoW for last summer and the one before. I was addicted a bit but never joined a guild or played on past 60 days.
WoW can do many things, lower students' grades, cause people to go missing and of course I read in the paper lately - help people find love lol.
Well at least you're back now, and have been for 2 months, I never noticed this post lol.

WoW is a drug, please join the Anti-WoW association of America to help stop these addicts.
I've personally never played the game, don't want to pay a monthly fee, but it looks okay. I personally don't want to play it because I've seen how addicted some people get.

I do want to play it because it looks awesome. Anyway, if these people want to play WoW then let them play WoW. If you force them to stop then you're breaking the Human Rights act and can be sued.

But WoW is a drug! Certainly we can make a law saying that people can't waste their life on a video game like WoW.
I would love to play it, I won't deny that, but I just don't want to get addicted to it, like I'm afraid I would.

well, i don't know about any laws or such, but maybe some sort of time limit per day might be usefull. like 6-8 hours a day tops. lol, like that would ever happen tho. and yeah, its probably one of the few games i've played these past few years that actually drew me into something beyond just another video game. kinda like the first time i played mario3,
