Wouldn't it be cool if...
They made a final fantasy that incorporated ALL the FF's (except 9 and X-2 because they stink).
Maybe for the PS3....you start in the world of FF1 with characters from there and gradually go through some complex dimension jumping story all the way through elements of each game?
It would have to be for PS3 because it would need to be enormous. Maybe you help some random guys from 1 do some of the missions there, jump to 2 and recruit some characters (they stay in your party selection for later) and do something there, jump to the Opera house or something from 3, etc...
It would be awesome if towards the end it's an entirely new place where you could make a party from any character that has ever been in a FF game and save the world or whatever from some kind of evil crap....like Chrono Trigger....
Would be the best game ever...

I´d like the idea, though IX doesn´t stink and I´d place its characters in. Can´t say the same for X-2 though, never played it ¬¬

Well, I would use IX and X-2, and I can´t agree with you if you say that IX stinks...
Maybe using some characters (all the main characters) and putting them together in a new universe, but I think that would be the last FF game made.

I never liked 9, I got to the last FMV before the very last part of the game, turned off my PS1, ejected FFIX, stuck it in it's case and sold it to a pawn shop for 5 bucks. I was so disappointed with it. Not many mini games, didn't like the card game either. It was just lame to me.

Hmmm nice idea... in any case, making such a game with the title "Including all FF's" would make any discussion on which games to put in it useless as it would go against the name. So they should just include every game in it in some way.

I really doubt Square will ever get around to it. They could just make 10 minute movies about FFVII and they'd make great sales anyways  . And IX does not stink, and mini-games? It had the best mini-games in all of FF. VII's were boring and VIII's were pretty pointless. And the extra boss was one of the hardest I've ever faced.

Yes, that´s a good point BB, there have to be new main characters. Everyone would start complaining and liking to have their favourite FF´s ones instead of others...
And yes, if it´s ever done, thing I don´t believe possible (unfortunately) it will cost more than a small fortune... ^^
