ok first off, you need to have riku and tidus strong, make sure they went onto aurons grid, then you need to have auron or kimahri in your party, which ever is stronger, if you have Al Bhed posions you will need them, have auron or kimahri, who ever you choose attack while riku heals, and tidus attaks with provoke or something like that, stay close most of the time, he deals more damage when you are far away, if you any magic like drain, or ultima they will come in handy, after about 5 minutes of fighting he should die, this is the strategy i used, so if it doesnt work dont get mad at me.

Thank you for the great advice! Maybe it'll work now. Though I doubt it, I've been stuck on the Red Carpet since before my twelfth birthday. And I'm turning fifteen now. So, what's that, three years? MY GOD! I suck so bad. I just want to see Tidus and Yuna kiss... And if anyone ruins it for me, I swear I'll kill you.

Actually using slow is bad because then straight after Evrae uses Haste...

Evrae... so that's it's name lol
yea it comes close when it casts Haste, but that's just when it's weak, so you can handle it easily. That's if your party with good levels lol
oh we keep talking about it and I forgot to ask, haven't you beat it yet ? lol Things will get better after this ^_^
