It's getting pretty tight out here in California for loans. Last time me and my friend tried, we were both denied.

im pretty much paying my way trough college as well. going part time and stuff.
part time is the way to go if you cant afford. i applied for fulltime and once i was accepted, i dropped down to part time. suckers lol.
and as for dropping the wii's price. take a look at theeeese numbers:

nintendo is making more money than actually exists in the universe right now.

but you dont need xbox live.
i think the point is, a lot more people have 2+ controllers on the wii and those that have a ps3/xbox pretty much bever have 4 controllers. so after that, xbox live could easily fit in and still be under.
