yes its good but it has its flaws
1. say 3 ppl are attacking a monster, and the 1st person kills it, instead of the other 2 ppl turning to another enemy they reset their gauges
2. for some reason if u decide to run around while attacking ure dmg is decreased
3. the cooldown after casting spells

REally? i thought it's the same thing....and i thought that increases your dodge rate

well come on magic uses your energy and you need to pause for a while to cast another...you dont want them to get tired easily dont ya...
