There is a safe in Sephiroth's Manor and inside you get a key to free Vincent and the summon Odin. Now... who remembers the combination?

I tried using it on every character but it wouldn't work, even on Red XIII. They were the first one I tried since it was so obvious.

hmmm well, sometimes when you get a new limit break, you don't exactly comlpete the last level, for example, once i just got "gauntlet" for yuffie's 2nd limit break, and when i tried to use all creation on her i couldn't...maybe that's your problem? why don't you check?

I think you need all 6 of the other limits (2 for Lv1, 2 for Lv2 & 2 for Lv3) before you can give a character their Lv 4 limits
|

yeah, in all characters, expect vincent and cait sith, you need the other 6 limit breaks, if you're missing one, then it won't work. that's why i like vincent so much, he only has 3 limit breaks XD and well, chaos

Some Final Fantasy VII games have glitches where somebody starts a game and they're not even EVER allowed to learn their Level 4 Limit. And another glitch - you can learn Level 4 before learning all of them.

My game's weird because in my copy Tifa and Barrett are married whilst you're in the slums. Once you leave the slums there's no mention of it again.
