i think ashe is the hottest...i didnt like penelo's hairstyle...it was way too childish (dunno whats the word for this xD...i just came up with childish...the thing is that that hairstyle is tipical in the little girls =D)

Pfft... I think Fran is the hottest in FF XII why, why because Ashe tries to hard... If you saw a girl wearing that outfit in real life you would automatically assume she was a *. Now going by that logic, Penelo would be jail bait or close to (it's 16 in Canada so I think we'd be safe but I not saying I chase after 16 yr olds) so that leaves Fran... Now I did see someone cos play as fran at Anime North and let me tell you, she was hot! So the furry thing doesn't come into play because she was a human with bunny ears on, no other anamorphic features.
Oh and let us not forget a close second comes to... Ultima! Yeah sexy and powerful! and Damned!
