Who is the guy ? *spoilers*
Chapter 5 in Luca, when Yuna remembers Tidus, the time they spent there two years ago and how he taught her how to whistle etc. Then she stars following that moggle till she reaches the boat and starts having a dialogue with Rikku and Paine, part of that dialogue is the following:
Paine: What's with you ?
Yuna: A dream, I think. My heart won't stop pounding !
Rikku: That's not a dream, not if your heart's pounding like that. You and someone you care about are connected somehow, that's what it is.
Paine: How wordily.
Rikku: I felt that way, too.
Paine: About who ?
Rikku: I dunno.
Paine: Spill it.
Rikku: Maybe we can trade secrets.
Paine: You drive a hard bargain.
Yuna: I guess everyone is like this ... (etc)
Later on the airship:
Rikku: Wanna know my big secret ? Too bad, no hints for you.
Paine: Rikku's "big secret" ? oh I think I already know.
My question is, who is the guy Rikku cares about ? I wanna know  I think it's Gipple because of what happens between them in FFX2 during the game, is it Gipple ?
By the way I only got 96% ...

There is no doubt about it. It's definatley Gipple. You see them sorta flirting at some point in the game at deijo temple. (sorry for spelling deijo wrong). He bumps her head with the palm of his hand and metions something about their historical past in albehd. And then she gets embaressed and tells him not to mention that (once again in albehd). lol.
