If I may say:
Seymour is a villian you deal with throughout the game, as with Sin. But you must remember, One of Seymour's goals is to merge with Sin and destroy all life. In fact, at the end of the game, when inside Sin, he almost suceeds in merging.
It is in my opinion, Seymour and Sin share common goals, but strive to accomplish them in different ways. I find that they both share top spot for biggest villian.

i think its the al bhed.... cuz they got all the chocobo's killed... not seymor since he did save u and hes easy to kill..... cant they think of the animals!

The Al-Bhed killed chocobos? Not sure about that one! THe Chocobo eater ate the chocobos. Not sure about the Al-Bhed tho.
