Aren't the Al Bhed the same as humans..? just a different "Language"

Well I prefer Ronso, but since they aren't here so i'll choose humans because they are the strongest race in Spira, and they have Auron

Well, I think that Al Bhed Is a different race with a different language. Their Language is a lot different then Spiras universal language (english ) and the fact, that it's not just a matter of a dialect.
(but that's my opinion)
