I voted for "not listed". I think Kirby could beat Cloud by eating Bahumut ZERO and stealing it's ability. I think it would be safe to say that Cloud probably couldn't take out Bahumut ZERO let alone one which has been merged with Kirby.

Sephiroth can't beat Cloud, maybe he is such a great person to chalange, but he can't beat Cloud, maybe you think so because of Sephiroth's personality, ya know ...

Sephiroth CAN beat Cloud, and could have done so before.
Let's recap.
Final Fantasy VII - Nibbelheim Reactor. He stuck the Masamune on Cloud's shoulder....please. He could've just as easily stuck it on his face.
Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children - Their fight. Twice. Once when he proposedly attacks Cloud with his elbow. I've practiced Kenjutsu for years. I know very well that if you're close enough to strike an opponent with your elbow, you could've just as easily thrust a sword through their stomach. Second time is when Cloud falls right after he gets elbowed by Sephiroth. Once again, Sephiroth chooses to stuck Masamune on Cloud's shoulder, when he could've just as easily killed him.
Oh, and one more thing.
No matter how many times Cloud pseudo-defeats Sephiroth, he'll just keep coming back. If Cloud dies, well...way to rain on his marriage. He ain't coming back.

Thought I'd just give my two-cents. *gives them*
This post wins; If not for Sephiroth's cocky attitude he could have killed Cloud at just about any point in the storyline. I mean, what stopped him from falling from the sky and killing Cloud like he did Aerith? oh say, while he was putting her body in the pool, he could have came down and stabbed him, maybe even repeatedly. And if you go to the very very end fight, the 1v1 fight against Sephiroth in the abyss, if you wait for him to hit you, you might notice that itll leave you with damn near 14 hp left. Sephiroth can't kill Cloud my ass...
And my first thoughts on who could kill him, anyone with a good gun and decent accuracy.... Like Solid Snake...
But a fight I'd love to see is Cloud against Nightmare from Soul Calibur...
Celebi is like a trophy wife. She's nice to show off to your friends about how awesome you are at catching the good ones, but she really can't do jack **** other than look pretty.

I think that a lot of people could beat Cloud. Take away all his little abilities and make him fight fist to fist or even weapon to weapon and he would lose.
Cloud is hard but he could be killed by any main hero or villain from anywhere (i mean anywhere) because theyre all relatively as powerful as each other also i would love to see cloud try to kill a summon/aeon/GF/whatever you want to call one (Bahamut, Anima, Odin anybody?) and AC dosnt count
yh sephiroth could kill cloud if he wanted yuna could jus summon a big monster to eat him lol . none ff character would be the ninja out of ninja gaiden he's militant.
