Which character did you never use?
Just curious since I don't know if a poll like this has been made, but I have a pretty good idea who might get the most votes. I never used Penelo, and rarely used Vaan.
The thing about XII was that you could just about make any character into anything you wanted, so there was no real point in having so many characters..
A few times in the game I was actually only using one character, and with the gambit system on lol

I actually used only 3 characters when I could and the others were way under leveled.
3 Main - Vaan, Ashe, Fran (around level 70
3 Sub (never used unless to mist charge) - Balthier Bashe & Penelo (around level 45-50)

I never use Vaan unless all my other characters are dead. He just irritates me. My second least used character would be Penelo, then Ashe (only used her to heal people in the three I use most).

Pretty much the same here, I used Vaan Balthier and Fran though.

Yes, Vaan is a good tank, and balthier and basch are good attackers. Ashe and fran are the bomb for magic and healing... and penelo is good for annoying the piss out of me. Couldn't have possibly included a more useless, uninteresting character. Death to penelo.

The thing I found funny about FFXII was that anyone could perform any task. As Lord J said, the onyl reason I never used certain characters was because they annoyed me lol.

i dint like penello, ash or basch ( basch or his brother or sumthing killed Rex and Rex was awsome!)
so i used vaan altho i hate his voice, Balthier which was my fav, and fran which i was neutral on.

There is a slight difference in stats at equall levels for all characters, but such a small difference is irrelevant to just how much of a * penelo is. GOD I HATE PENELO!

everyone of my characters were always equal in levels cuz of my hardcore OCD
