I watched this weird movie last night called "Frailty".
Probably not a thing I'm going to watch again, but to be fair, it was a pretty decent thriller.

So, as the great Clint Eastwood-fan I am, I sat down and watched "True Crime".
It was a good experience, kinda a mix between your typical american crime/drama, but with a strange kind of humor in it, mostly provided by James Woods and Clint himself.

And last night I saw Alien on TV ... Apparently it was the Director's Cut because I had a "WHAT THE *?!" moment when Ripley finds Dallas and Brett cocooned after trying to blow up the ship.
Quarantine 2 was good. I liked the first one better, though. But, the second is worth a watch. Not more than 3, though. Haha. If you liked the first one, the second is shot differently, but, still holds the same premise.
The Ward is a psychological thriller about a haunted insane asylum, in Oregon. It was creepy, and pretty well done. I'd recommend it to psychological thriller fans, and too some horror fans.
Faces in the Crowd was different. it's another Psychological Thriller, but it isn't a horror. It stars Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil movies.) She witnesses a murder, but, falls and hits her head. But, it's not amnesia she suffers from, but a rare occurrence, called Face-Blindness. Which makes her see different people every time she looks away and back at the same person. Obviously, this makes it hard for her to know who the killer is, thus, leaving her in a paranoid state. It is an interesting and different movie. This is a high recommendation for suspense/crime fans, as well.
Though seriously if Im out walking around in the night to ASDA with the pedo/rapist/murderer/psycho of questionable sanity vampy....who do I have to be afraid of? XD

I watched "Mao's Last Dancer" last night... it's was pretty good! Besides, it had Kyle MacLachlan in it, so I was satisfied either way
I finally got around to seeing this one and wow, it was way better than I expected. When I saw it was PG, I didn't expect much. But that guy can dance!
WARNING! Movie Spolier:

I absolutely LOVED the ballet he dances in when his parents finally get to watch him!
And there was a bonus, a clip of Mikhail Baryshnikov which immediately made me think of The Turning Point. He jumps so high in that film!
Awwww Kyle, you're getting old, *sniff* but you still have it. Loved him in Twin Peaks.

He played the role of Charles Foster with a strong sense of authority and I esepcially liked that part of his character!
I never really understood Twin Peaks. I mean, not really. It had all these funny and awsome ideas and moments in it - Red Room Dream, anyone? - but at the same time I felt like it was too strange. But Kyle MacLachlan's role certain grew on me and Dale Cooper ended up being my favorite character.
-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-
Eh, the last movie I watched?
I don't remember, since I have been watching the first season of Heroes the last couple of days!

The first one was a bit too silly for me , i kinda watched it while doing something else so i wasnt too into it though so it might have been better with my full attention
i actually laughed out loud at some of the moments int he second though, alot better XD still havent watched the second half yet though xD

I don't remember very much of the first movie, other than it being funny in that "a talking Mr. Bean"-way. But I promised myself I would watch the second one when it got out on DVD.
It's always good to hear what other people thinks!
