uhmmm i havent watched alot of anime recently.. so the last one i finished is probably spice and wolf. Though it didnt contain much action and was like a historical fantasy with a dull looking story at first glance, it was surprising that it was such a good anime should definitely check it out
Yeah Im not a big fan of fillers either...the only thing they are good for is character building...and only if its done right, which a lot of them arent its just meaningless stupid stuff that makes me want to put a gun to my head.
Though seriously if Im out walking around in the night to ASDA with the pedo/rapist/murderer/psycho of questionable sanity vampy....who do I have to be afraid of? XD

Weren't there two or three episodes to that football part?
I know there are about three filler episodes which have nothing at all to do with the story in One Piece. At times, it can be hard to tell if certain episodes are just filler or not.

I'm taking a break from Ergo Proxy because a friend recomended another anime to watch. Therefore:
Last watched "The Vision of Escaflowne". Quite good from what I've seen so far. The first episode's pretty poor but after that it's a good anime.

I only heard of it recently so I didn't know there was a film of it. One thing I can say for the anime is that I'm amazed that the characters aren't knocking each other out when they turn around. Their noses are insanely big.

I attempted to watch an episode of Beyblade once. It was so stupid that it was almost amusing. The anime only existed to sell the toys so it's about average considering it's purpose..

i actually liked the anime, some of the episodes where pointless addmitadly but some actually had meaning like the original pokemon series before they ruined it XD
the characters where kool and they had a good storyline and the backstory for kai was kool too
