its all legal stuff fun has to say u most be 13 or have a parent give you permission just incase there is something on here that upsets you and you go to ur parents and compline and then they sue fun for allowing that to happen on his sit. so if you lied then thats on you not him. so nothing since your 13 now if you where under fun would have to boot you off to protect him self

Theres no law saying that under 13s cant access a forum.
Its a customisable setting,
you can turn off the whole COPPA system.
Besides, if your under thirteen then thies is a site for games, its your age group, however 4chans /b/ thats a bit less for you
