@ Crazed: that would look so awesome blur rarely comes out on me but i might try die blonde first and then blue and see if that works XD i really want proper white hair lol

*falls over laughing* duuude, not bleaching your hair first for a lighter shade is like.... trying to draw on a black piece of paper with a red marker. XD
No I know how to die hair >.< last time i did blue i had red or pink in, and i wacked it on that and it still didn't come out good, for some reason blue just isn't as light as ya'll may think it is XD
it depends on the shade. You have to bleach your hair enough to make sure the color comes out correctly. When you put blue dye in, you're mixing your blue dye with your natural color. So if you're blonde, it'll look like a slightly brownish green.
