Website problems
Lately there have been frequent website drops for me. I don't know if it's happening to others, but it is happening to me. I can get to other web sites, so I know that it's not my connection. If anyone could enlighten me, that would be great.

If you are talking about this site dropping you from time to time yes it happens. FuN and I worked on this at length and he got it to the best he could. Bottom line is it could also be a server somewhere along the line between your ISP and this site. As with all internet connections there is no straight line between two people. The route passes thru many many servers.
My best recommendation is to do what I do... click on another site and then back here again. It will come right back. Worst case you might have to click on 2 other sites. I use IMDb.com a lot since it loads fast for me.
There is also the clearing of your cache periodically as it does get cluttered with junk.

In short Comcast sucks  This is a problem with Comcast customers only it seems. I also use Comcast and this happens every now and then. When I begin to lag I click on this link which I have saved as a bookmark:
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=funender.com
When the site is lagging, go to that site and just ignore the message it says there. If you go back to funender.com it will load normally.

It wasn't always comcast here. It was time warner, but they made a deal with each other, so now comcast runs the city now.
