i have.. it was quite a challenge. knights of the round helps a lot. I think emerald was the hardest, then ruby.

hey here is a challange .... beat ruby weapon with out KOTR ... seriously it can be done no joke ive done it seriously it can be simple with a few sneaky materia combos
.... like counter and mime linked
.... and use an enemy skill with pandoras box ... bypass defence... need 3 mastered
magic + materias

try it if you think your good ...lol

hey well um i just beat the weapons ... with out kotr

emerald can be beaten with only magic if you are materia smart
because emerald weapons air tam attak onl does the damage to the number of materias your party does...

my meathod includes

counter + mime mimic last action as a counter
reflect on all party members
quadra magic + gravity 2 and a reflect on emerald and gravity 2 reflect
and 16 to 32 magic spells ...... Cool
