ePSXe 1.52 works well for PSX emulation... I have FF9 running perfectly, along with other games. (In fact I have the PSX version because there is no FF9 PC version...)
In my opinion Fuujin and Raijin are the funniest, but I like also Biggs and Wedge.

Well... REALLY hard question... Characters, most of all are really funny, but well... Irvine in FH when you´re preparing the concert, when he watches the TV, he says something really funny (don´t know exactly in english, I play FF8 in Spanish :S)
