i just refine a card...either sacred or minotaur..i think..i forgot lol
you can then easily get all cards on the 4th disc cause all the cc group members will be there..of curse only if you played cards with them before in balamb garden

You can get elynoyle card(which can be refined into two energy crystals and 2 Energy Crystals to 20 Pulse Ammo) from Zell's Mom however, all people on Balamb Garden have those...
You can get lionheart on Disc one..
refine Minotaur card for 10 Adamantine (only 1 needed), refine 20 Elynoyle cards for 2 Energy Crystals and refine Energy Crystals into 20 pulse ammos (you only need 12)....
Go to East Academy... Go to the left and you will see a small forest enclosed by mountains leading to the Galbadia garden..
Go into that forest to encounter monsters... However, leaning on the left mountainside while walking on the forest will let you encounter Grendels..
Grendels drop Dargon Fangs! Some Grendels Drop off Dragon Fins..

Well... I got the Adamantine killing Adamantoises (killing and not mugging), it took me around 5 minutes, the Energy Crystal I got it from Esthar and 5 Pulse Ammos in FH with Irvine, and I killed Blue Dragons in the Island Closest to Hell to get the Dragon Fangs.
