Are you sure about that part about PS3 not getting hot enough? I came to believe that one of it's problems when it was first released was that it overheated easily. Did they remedy it with the later models or something?

well... i didnt get one at launch, but if people are dumb enough to put a ps3 or a 360 in like a closet to play of course they will both overheat.
as of right, now, my ps3 barely gets hot at all and its surounded by a number of things. barely even makes noise either.
Im sure they fixed things up with later models, where as microsoft had to with the red ring stuff, and to my knowledge there have been very few if any hardware issues with the ps3.
