ok, for those of you who haven't battled ject yet, PLEASE DONT' READ!!!! (but for those of you who just read that, we knew it was coming)
anywho. i'm fighting ject currently in the game. i've gotton though the tower a few times now, but now i have to go though again, cause i lost horribly, everytime. i THOUGHT i beat him, until, you know, he pulled a sword out of his chest. then to make matters all the worse, he paralyzed and shattered aaron like everytime i fight him. so yes, i need help on how to beat him. it would be much appreciated. (and yes, i use a lot of al bhed potions, but he's to fast!!! and slow doesn't work!!!)

What are your stats? I know I had the celestial weapons for Auron, Tidus, Yuna, and Kimahri, so you may want those too. Anyways, I tried to have about 100 on Auron, Tidus', and Kimahri's strength. IF you have that, hes relatively easy. Ill put it this way, I sent Kimahri, Auron, Tidus, and Wakka over each others paths. If you do that, theres almost no way you can lose.

yeah, i've got all the weapons. but i don't have enough items to add 100 onto their strengh. tidus sheild adds him up to enough HP so he has over 9000 HP and Aarons got about 7000, a little under. yuna's pretty low, like the 3000, and lulu is learning things slowly cause she took the wrong path. and wouldn't the mages staff work better than the nirvana? cause i mean, all that magic and all nirvana does is help the aeons and has no AP. rikku's overdrive mix got her pretty far since she casted trio of 9999. kimari's pretty bad in my game. he knows a lot of his overdrives, but only cause of that battle with the other ronso's.
(how's that for stat's info?)

Those are the stats and equipment of my characters and I had no problem beating him. You may want to check an FAQ if youre having a lot of trouble.
The Break Damage Limit is very useful.

Why couldnt Helen Keller drive a car?
If he keeps paralizing one of your party members then create/equip an armor that guards against petrify. A trick I use is to go into the battle before and charge up all of your limit meters for each character and Aeons. Then when the fight begins just use the limit break from every party member one after the other, and cast spells like Mighty Guard and Regen.

nirvana is yuna's best weapon....you can get the full strength of the weapon of yuna by going back to besaid and try to swim on the left side of the beach and you should find a secret place and you can get moon crest.....that should do it....BTW you can max out your character by fighting those enemies on the arena....you know the species conquest..they're pretty easy anyway..

ok this helped me greatly and i was like lvl 50. just learn hastega on tidus and ever turn cast hastega on the party and use albed potions when needed u will be fine
i have hastaga and both tidus and yuna know it. i use that a lot. albhed potions might work better if rikku wouldn't keep dying from the ject beam (that's how he paralyzes you and deals damage) and what about level 50? i'm confused......
to the stats thing......... *. that's gonna take me a LONG time to get to.
i already have the moon crest. i also have the jupiter, sun, and venus crest. i THINK i have the mercury crest, but that' iffy.
to the armor to prevent getting paralyzed, i would, but all there armor has sos overdrives, and i don't want those to go! the only person who i didn't give it to is yuna, but she either gets nirvana or mages staff, whatever i feel like.

im not mean but SoS overdrive is really lame....it's really easy to get your character in overdrive ...well im not you and that's what i think....
you said you get most of their crest then that means you can max out their weapon....so how come you still have problem dealing Braskas aeon(Jecht with sword)......

BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ALRIGHT WITH EVERYTHING ELSE!!! i have this weird habbit that i'm bad at one thing in a game. in this one aparently it's jecht. 'shakes fist' WHY MUST HE BE SO COMPLICATED!!! 'head gets all spinny'

I went through and got all the celestial weapons for Yuna, Auron, and Tidus, along with following a catctuar king guide on gamefaqs to get through the entire sphere grid. Finish all that and Jecht will be a piece of pie.

For me, I was pretty low. Like Yuna had roughly 3500 something Hp, Lulu had 2900 ish. But I just summoned all my aeons and performed their overdrives, once they were all killed I then used all my characters overdrives and eventually beat Jecht. Don't remember it that well but it took me a long time to beat him.
well, i'm a very impatiant person... i have all the celestial weapons except wakkas, cause i suck at blitzball. and the stapeler is about my status. all my people are on overdrive, but i still can't get him.

i did! i have all of them on overdrive, but i don't have anime or the magnas sisters (which goes without saying if i don't have anime). but i can't get into bevelle so yeah... it sucks. but bahamut does over 35000 damage with mega flare.
