Auron has great Limits, his tornado when he throws that bottle (I don't know how it's called  ), it's just nice.
Vincent's Chaos and his other limits as well... 
oh... And Sephiroth's Omnislash (but that's KH...)

I have to say Squall's lionheart because it did the most damage and also looked good, but the most powerful one has to be Selphie's (FF8) limit break magic The End... However it does no damage, but ends the battle and all of the enemies are defeated, works with bosses too (if they haven't got anything to say before you can kill them)
