Just a reminder, did you guys saw Cloud's fight in Advent children? Well, he didn't used a single materia, in that case...no Summons nor magicks were involved. A failed Shinra cadet who couldn't even make it to join SOLDIER turned out facing heavily materia equipped Kadaj and gang, defeated a GF and the freakin' Sephiroth just by himself without using any materia help...I call that inhuman ya know.
I voted Squall for reality, remember...when Cloud is transfered to other games like FF tactics...there's no such thing as multiple 9999 damage duh! In FF tactics Cloud's the highest damage he could dealt is only 999 ONCE!
So, its abit unfair trying to combine FF7's world here. In a reality fist fight, a trained SeeD mercenary would win the fight. Things would change if Cloud made it to SOLDIER.

Actually, Cloud was a part of SOLDIER but he left. That's why, in the beginning of FFVII, most people in Avalanche keep saying he couldn't be trusted because he was ex-SOLDIER.

Did you guys really play the game? or your half asleep when tifa tried to reconstruct cloud's memory?....Cloud is a real human being infact he is with sephiroth and zack before sephiroth turn insanely crazy...You guys should remember when sephiroth went to Nibelheim Mako reactor he went crazy and slash Zack and Tifa leaving them bleeding on the floor then another soldier came in wearing a uniform of shinra and that was cloud...he and sephiroth damage each other and i still remember that sephiroth falls down the lifestream with jenova's head ...After that Dr. HOjo took cloud and the remaining soldiers including Zack to cover up sephiroth's incident and they were as you can remember injected with Jenova's cell and made everyone unconcious(coma i think) ...But Zack suddenly got through the coma and took Cloud with him and they escape and that's when they tried to go to midgard and also that's when Zack was shot...Seeing this ..Memories of Zack was interwined with Cloud's memories and he thought that he was Zack that he became a soldier but the truth is that he failed and become a private....

I was trying to explain that Gust, that Cloud wasn't a SOLDIER in the 1st place. He didn't even make it to join the unit so he created his illusionary Cloud. I thought he told us in the game after he's healed at Highwind?
And good point you have there cuatro175, I was wondering that along time ago. My question:
What are anti-FF8 players doing in FF8 forum?
Aren't they supposed to ignore this forum completely as it resembles their hatred towards the game?
Ok for example, the game I hate so much is Grandia (for example)...so IF there's a Grandia forum in Funender, I would never ever step a foot in it since I dislike it so much. Right?

 ..Actually Most or All of our discussion always change topic seriously...like were talking about FF8 then after a while someone's gonna talk about FF7 then someone's gonna spam that topic and then we all forgot about the real topic...

i havent played the game but i seen the movie and read up on the game.....and yes they said he was injected(my point exactly) which enhanced his strength ect. also the injection had a psychological effect causing him to create an image of himself as a SOLDIER like zack who he probably admired. but the point is.........squall-normal human......cloud-normal human also injected to become stronger human ect. how do you not understand that he is stronger and would probably win.....................................and no i do not hate ffVIII that was the first of the ff series i played
