i wasnt a fan of the movies as much as the comics....i read the comics all the time growing up....gambit was my favorite...or shatterstar from x-force...i miss the good old days of comics....back in 1996-1998..when they released THE AGE OF APOCALYPSE, and the ONSLAUGHT series....good ol days...i loved comics so much back then
[ps- x-men legends 2 was based on the series of comics marvel released called age of apocalypse like i mentioned up there....but the story of the game wasnt 1/1000 as good as the comics theirself..age of apocalypse series was by far one of the greatest released storys of x-men/ marvel history]

For me the bests are the original X-men:
Cyclops, Angel, Hank McCoy (later Beast), Iceman, and my favorite one was Jean Grey 
In the second team, Wolverine is of course an important character but i like Colossus a lot.

Magneto (Taking down a brigde! And very, very evil...)
Mystique (Blue and mysterious... as the name says, of course...)
Professor X (I read your mind... a bit annoyed in X-3)
Storm (Cool hair-cuts and nice thunder)

hmm fave character definitely wolverine. ive read some novels written on him (nerdling that i am) and he is one tough mother, also an awesome fighter. second place is nightcrawler not just for the power and acrobatics, but because of the personality, and third is gambit. Just loved that guy in the show and the comic, and nice accent. And if i had to pick a badguy def magneto, and in the movie, he was potrayed quite well.

well actually gambit used to be a lot stronger, but it was too powerful so he had some sort of surgery done to keep his power down. he also had the power to persuade people to do what he wanted. i could have used that power during school.
