Poof Adventures: 2.0
Okay, this is based on the "Poof adventures with endnekind and Gencdo", which was basically a random thread in its day, with no rules or regulations. This thread is different. It will have a plot, rules, regulations, and it will be an actual RP.
The Plot:
You are enjoying your time at Funender Forums, just posting away, when something happens, your computer sparks and the screen begins to look like a wormhole, before you know it, you are being sucked in. You awake, and all you can remember is your screen-name and you can only remember who you are by how you acted in the forums. You feel slightly more powerful in a few ways and somehow you get the feeling that danger is on the rise.
It is.
You have been transported into a strange combination of the Funender Forums RPG game and what appears to be some demented person's imaginary world. The Brumos are very real here. Your purpose: to reach the real world alive at all costs.
When you come in, a figure, looking much like a living shadow, walks up to you and says,"You have been gifted with the powers of Poof. That is to say, instant transportation, transmutation, or transformation of matter or mass with little or no cost of energy to you. This world needs your help. The Brumos are causing massive problems for the Kingdom of Funendra, but they are not the main concern; we deal with them on a dayly basis. No. We are having problems with entities known only as the Virusi. They too have powers of Poof. We have found that you Users are the only things that can also hold the powers of Poof besides the Virusi. You are our only hope. The wormhole added the protein into your DNA that would allow you to use the Poof, and each of you have gained abilities based on your personality or your desires for power. As a reward for your help, you will be allowed to take the powers you now have in this world into your world."
Some dark person in your group feels their new powers and grabs another person. In a earth-bound cloud of blackness, the two dissapear. When the dark cloud fades, only one remains, the one attacked, lying on the ground, seeming as if he were dead. "Oh, no",says the person like a living shadow,"Not good. Not good at all. Seems that that one sought power at all costs: Attacking one of his fellows and ripping his poof from him! Don't worry. This one may be dead, but he can be revived, he only had one of his poofs ripped. If all were ripped...well, he would be gone for good. Come along to the Palace. We have much to discuss."
In the corner of your eye, you can see the attacker of the other person, gesturing towards the group to come towards him. The living shadow being doesn't appear to notice. You have a choice, join forces with the Funendraites or with the mysterious User who attacked one of your own.
Rules:
1. No Godmodding, Powerplaying, Puppetteering, or intentionally or otherwise misusing OOC information for IC uses.
2. Obey all rules having to do with the Roleplay Section and the basic Funender.com rules.
Chracter Creation/Rules:
Name: (Must either be your username or a conversion of your username into an almost real sounding name ex: Endward Neil DeKind = endnekind)
Nickname: (Optional)
Gender: (Male, Female, Adrogynous)
Appearance: (Picture or description. Can be of your real self, but that is definately not a requirement.)

(Notice: You get 5 "Poof Points" to start with. Point cost: Low level poof-1 Poof point Mid Level Poof- 2 Poof Points High Level poof-3 Poof Points. Low level are limited to a low level of power, even with a direct hit of a low level offensive poof, damage is minimal, as if an average person had only punched someone one time or something similar. Poofs that alter your opponent in any way other than cosmetic to humiliate them are automatically High level poofs. If you have any questions: PM me. Please provide a description of your poofs.)
Finisher:
(You may choose either "Rip" or "Copy" as your finisher. Rip removes a poof from your opponent and gives a poof of theirs to you, but you cannot gain the Inter-ally technique; Paste. Copy makes a duplicate poof of the opponent that you defeated, without removing that poof from that defeated opponent's arsenal of poofs. With Copy, the Inter-ally technique "Paste" is available. YOU CAN NOT PASTE YOUR STARTING TECHNIQUES. Final Notice: Player Characters can not be killed unless all their poofs are ripped from them, or if someone chooses to finish them physically instead of using a finisher, because after the use of a finisher, the Player Characer appears back at the Revive Hut.)

Fine, but you can merge form one and two into a minor offensive transformation (Mid level) and be able to turn into the fox, the samarai fox girl, and any other things that can cause minimal to minor damage. That will take away 2 Poof Points. If your Fox Fire is low level as it is, it will be weak, are you OK with that? As for the huge part...if you are going to become huge, that is a major offensive transformation. High level stuff. Unless attacking would cause you to transform back, then I don't think you would have enough Poof Points to make that work, but if it would then it would still be under a minor offensive transformation, and you wouldn't have to make different Copy and Rip are Finishers, they don't require being listed in the Poofs and you can't be restricted for taking one of them. I didn't show that in my example so you couldn't see it well. I will go back and edit it.

Male Form:
Adrogynous form:
Female Form:
Yukimaru from Disgaea (without any weapons, of course, unlike the picture that follows shows.)
Poofs: 1. Dummy Poof (Low Level) [The User poofs a copy of himself into existance. The copy cannot take any damage without dissapearing, but can only prove as a diversion.]
2. Low-level Humanoid Transformation (Low Level) [Purely cosmetic transformation of self into a humanoid form that does not increase the offensiveness of the User in any way. Muscles don't increase in size, no spines or spikes.]
3. Pink Sportscar Strike (High Level) [Offensive, High level poof that poofs a pre-revved pink sportscar into existance aimed in a direction that the User chooses. As a High Level Poof, the effect is permanent and the sportscar exists after it has either crashed or otherwise come to a stop.]

Well, I guess it is. I didn't think it was all that complicated when I made it up. 
I will break down my poof points for you to show you how it works:
I have three poofs, but I still used the max of 5 poof points. How? Lets see. I will break it down step by step.
1. Dummy Poof (Low Level)
Well since that is low level then it is only 1 poof point.
so far it is: 1 point
? points
? points

5 points total
2. Low-level Humanoid Transformation (Low level)
Another low level. That means that it is 1 point as well so that means:
1 point
1 point
? points

5 points total
3. Pink Sportscar Strike (High Level). High level poofs are 3 points.
1 point
1 point

5 points total.
That is the maximum amount of points. You could also have different combinations, like 5 low level poofs to add up to the 5 points or 1 High level and 1 mid-level, all that really matters is that you don't have too many points used.
Later on, I may make it so that instead of copying, you could increase one of your poofs by a poof point, but if that proves to be too complicated for understanding.

and the poof part confused me too... aparantly you have 5 points to use for poofs you can either have 5 one point poofs or 2 medium and one small... or any other combination that adds up to 5 points... also... aparently if you just put down transformation, you don't really need anything else since you can transform into anything...

As long as you can't teleport super long, or with any of your appendeges inside a person, to kill them that way, then it is fine low level transportation poofs can't be offensive, and can only get you so far. I like the broadcast death poof, by the way. We need to wait on Gencdo and then we SHOULD be able to start. Remember, your first choice will be to either follow the mysterious guy who attacked one of our team members, or to follow the Funendraite into the Kingdom.
@ Melkor, sorry, you only get a choice of Copy or Rip for now. Maybe later you can choose a different one, but that one would be an instant kill finisher. It would be better for you to just choose either Rip or Copy, and if you REALLY wanted to kill the enemy you beat, then you can kill them physically. Keep in mind, however, that killing a player physically will mean that you can never gain their abilities.
