Well, its not really an excuse, but on the days when I did got high school, I had a roll of stickers that said "ATTENDANCE OFFICE AID" on it, and I used to where them whenever I wanted to walk around. Whenever they would ask, I would say I'm supposed to go a certain room to pick up a certain person.

lol, nice one.
i never give excuses for late homework (well, certain exceptions apply). I basically, nonchalantly say "Didn't do it" and hope they go by me without ratting me out. My math teacher figured that since i do well on tests and quizzes, there was no reason to get on my nerves, but my old english teacher seemed to think that even though i have a B, i have to read the horrible books they give us and do the homework that teaches us nothing.

lol, i like the one when you broke you leg.
oh yeah, and i remembered this one when i was talking to my friend yesterday.
I go to friend's house who has a little brother (he's in 6th grade at the time) and i walk into the little bro's room while he's watching his dad's porn tapes:
me: What do you think you're doing?
bro: (keep in mind, he's currently... "holding" himself) erm... my heath teacher gave me the tape to study for the test but i racked myself on the side of the bed when i was getting back up so i decided to rub it to make it feel better.
XD i laughed so hard i fell on the ground and hit my head on the wall. My friend came out to see what was going on and cracked up nearly as hard as i did when i told him the story.

One time, it was a pass or fail situation, I didn't do the necessary homework, this time because I had completely forgotten. I needed to pass the class though. I dropped my backpack in the toilet at school and let everything get ruined in there. I went to class and told the teacher I got hit by the janitor's hose.
