yeh but on the ps3 store they dont have FF games for download....am i not getting this concept or something?

It is replacing it, and the rumors are saying that it will be Backwards compat, but nobody is entirely sure. I honestly haven't heard too much about it lately. I'm beginning to wonder if it will even come out. I'll ask a few customers tomorrow at work to see what I can find out. I love working at gamestop XD

alright sorry for the dp, but her's wht I found out today.
There is indeed another ps3 coming out, but nobody knows the features or size of it. What we do know is that sony may be trying to implement a furtherization of their psn downloads to include the ps2 games. I'm not sure that all of this is true, but it's what I was told by several people.

sadly no. best thing to do right now is see if amazon.com or ebay might be selling any of the other versions.
(or stop by a local gamestop/EB games to see if they have any refurbished ones) XD

Square enix dont like releasing here games as downloads and they dont plan to release any of their games psn or virtual console anytime soon. to be honest if they released all the final fantasy from 1 to 10 in compilation just ported on to a ps dsc I think they would make alot of money it so why would they bother and also the fact people in japan prefer to have the boxes and manuals

This game is really good...I am at the very very last part of it and I just found out you can get equipment to make you put you over the fabled 9999 for health damage and everything else, exp. for stat's.
