animals use electromagnetic fields for migration, its how they know how to go to the same place every year. its also why they act weird before things such as earth quakes, storms, and other natural disasters occur.
one theory is weather disaster occurs when there is a disturbance in the the electromagnetic field, so tell me..... if you knew how to change the electromagnetic, could you not control weather?

if they could controll the weather, why did they allow katrina to ruin new orleans?

3rd is their any physical evidence, or just conspiracy theories that this machine actually excists?
and do you truly believe the us government would create a device to controll weather, when they can't say weather is a reason to invade another country?

it's a lot easier to make a fake message from a terrorist, or to do a suicide bombing somewhere, as to make a huricane show up in burma and use the aid needed there to send in troops, rebuild the country to say "Well, he's a bad dictator, he's responsible for thousands of death for hestitating too long, lets set him down from his command and invade the country"
besides, if it were to be used during an attack the chance of the weather taking friendly soldiers down with it will be too big because you can't controll it well enough to determine where it's going.
and hellmouth, i still think weather is a lame excuse to justify the soldier's deeds, it's like saying "well, serial killers don't need to be wrong, just look how many deaths huricane katrina made..."

yes i think theyd build something to control weather. its an advance in science and is a perfect weapon of war.

freindly soldiers, HA! in iraq, they want to help people, sure sure. how do they know there gonna do it, theyre gonna kill thousands of innocent iraqis. they are sick people, the government dosent want them around. which is why they give them ammo with depleted uranium in them, and they poison the food and water supply.
and no its not to justify, im just saying theres bigger things to worry about than some dumb puppy, and with the computer design they have today, i wouldn't be surprised if the video was fake.

considering the usa is a democracy, helping it's citizens after admitting they can seems the minimum you could do to stay in the government.
next, holland is for about 75% below sea level, yet we haven't had any problems with it for at least 40 years.

when you listen to the guy reading his note you notice he's not a stutterer by nature, but can't find a way to pronounce the words, that's where he skips finishing the words and heads on.

and when reading the website of the HAARP facility, it only states it's there to research the ionosphere, and doesn't even have enough power to make enough changes in it to controll anything...

What about your video the entire thing could be fake after all its on Youtube I saw a movie about a megladon and it showed one attacking a whale but that doesn't mean they're real it was all cg and there were ones with ghosts does it mean those were real Youtube is the most unreliable source for information so please if you're gonna refrence something plz don't use a youtube vid
