That rat * two questions A) what is his name and B) where can I find him and yes Wing I agree I do believe there is a foamy rant about this how people care more about a puppy trying to find a home than a starving and abused child who needs to be saved from her family.

exactly and not only that if he is willing to hurt a puppy maybe they need to look into his mental stability, and really look into his family life if he has a wife and kids because he might not stop at animal's.

i agree with tifa, how can a soldier, who needs to pass several tests INCLUDING mental stability, actually get mad enough to throw an innocent creature from a cliff...
why do they actually allow alcohol with soldiers anyway?
alcohol changes behaviour, if one of em has been drinking too much, who knows what else could happen...

Well - it doesn't surprise me, really... People do the most sick things to animals these days - stabbing rabbits "for fun", kicking hedgehogs around as soccer-balls (I'm not joking) and hanging dogs...
I'm just glad I'm not around when people do it, or I might get in jail for murder... because that is a thing I cannot accept.
Some people excuse it because they want to do something fun... other probably feel the animal is inferior to 'us' and should be treated (a.k.a. punished) that way by 'us'.
