Well all I can say is if you have a big internet provider(Such as Comcast, Bellsouth, Charter, Knology) then if you unplug your connection when you go to bed tonight and then replug it in the morning it might automatically reset, otherwise you have to call your provider as far as I know =P

Yeah I dont have those so I wouldnt suggest changing your IP randomly. I believe there's a program out there that will do it periodically for you.
