um... im waiting for my pending state to vanish lol. this is a pleasant surprise. how did this all come about? just the need for seriousness and a place where it could be controlled by entry?
anyway. great idea gary (i assume it came from you being the leader), fun, everyone who had some input. im looking forward to some real discussions.

There was a thread in the suggestions section which deals with this. And yeah, it was originally for a spamming area.... But the entry requirements are there to prevent people just making senseless stuff, flaming or whatnot. Which serious convos can cause.

i was just wondering... say a guest to the site come on see this, he can still read it right? just like a member of the forum but they cant reply because its in the lounge section. is that right? i was just a little worried that were we to actually have really controversial statements in here, a guest could make an account and join just to voice their potentially crazy ideas or bring about flamming and the such. kind of the opposite of the point of the whole forum. we dont want to attract crazies.
so my question, any way to make the group unreadable to non members?
people could still join and see it existed but to the guest of which i always see like 25 online at a time maybe it shouldnt be readable is all. just a thought to keep the integrity of the group is all.

i think the only good thing about peoples opinions and the internet is that people get that its stupid to really argue. people talk and share, but nobody really argues (besides me and haine back in the day lol) everyone gets that its the internet and everyone always loses lol.
