Cid sucks oh I found a really good way to buld up limit breaks I can't remember how though but to get to the second lvl of limit breaks you have to kill 80 monster a person.

Well for me Emerald Weapon was easy, and Ruby Weapon was only a pain (pain meaning it took like 10 tries that were each at least 30 minutes long) because I fought without using dazers/Hades or attack magic. I advise you: USE DAZERS/HADES AND ATTACK MAGIC.
QuadraMagic + Comet2, MP Absorb + Comet 2, and DoubleCast all combined is a very effective tactic to put on a decent magic caster, especially if you don't want to do the cheap thing and use Knights of the Round. Put THAT on Cait Sith with his high magic stat.
