I saw bits and pieces of 28 days later and It didnt look too interesting. I think the resident evil series is a much better series.

i don't know man, i am a sucker for a good zombie flick, but i thought it was pretty good. of all zombie movies, those zombies scare me most, i mean, did you see how fast those suckers run?

yeah, i have to be honest, as far as serious quality zombie movies go, i feel the resident evil series is a rip off and they should have stuck with the game. 28 days/weeks later, its something altogether different and in weeks they look at how society as a whole would survive. the large scale of it is really what ive always wanted from a zombie movie and they did it. also, its far more realistic, where as resident evil is all about crazy stuff and entertainment.
dont get me wrong, i liked the movies... for the most part. i even saw the new one and.. it wasnt all that bad. altogether ridiculous but okay.
rant is over.

yeah i agree. 28 is what would happen if actual zombies attacked real people. No someone highly trained in martial arts and has been injected with some sort of mutagen would not save us. Not that i'm makin fun of resident evil, good movies, just wouldn't happen. Actually the most realistic zombie movie i'd have seen would be 28 and shaun of the dead
