Tomb of raithwall which I'm getting to right now at lvl 30 and 31 hours into it, but I've been taking it very slow getting all the rare games and marks and trying to max out my liscense board, also my wife loves to just run around and kill things so I can get her to do that for an hour or two and just gather LP like crazy.
once you beat belias in tomb of raithwall you have to unlock him on the liscence chart, I believe he's one right of Libra. (the huge, periodic table looking, map of the license chart I have at home is AMAZINGLY helpful  )

You should spend your license points more on Quickenings. Before I reached level 30 with any character, all my characters had all they're Quickenings. Bosses are so easy now. Also, you can get your Quckenings at any time.

Yeah, until you get to a boss with 100k+ hp
or the optional boss that has over 50mil For that one the players guide is like "get some popcorn and get comfortable, this fight takes HOURS"
