The one that was on the "related videos" list of the movie in the very first post. It shows a giant centipede eating a mouse. And no, I didn't watch the whole thing through since the centipede just gave me the creeps.

Body modification doesn't bother me at all honestly
Or watching someone being operated on or anything like that doesn't bother me either
