Yeah, too many topics on Cloud vs Sephiroth. And there's a lot of good comments either. If I'm not mistaken, Sephiroth was winning previously but Cloud's debate team has very good points to support their statements. ^^

Uhm, if Cloud is allowed to use materia during combat...he'll win the battle. But, if the battle is handicapped just like in AC - he fought without the aid of materia...he might lose, since Ultimecia has Hell Judgement which reduces opponent's HP straight to 1 regardless of defense plus if she has Triple or Double activated...she can cast Apocalypse straight away.
But, if she needs to draw the Apocalypse spell from the other part...Cloud would win...he can omnislash and kept mimic the limit.
Overall, I think Cloud has more chance of winning.

Well, I think Cloud would beat Ultimecia... She might be strong, and have some deadly movements, but Cloudīs also very strong.
