Okay I stumbled across a vid on youtube that was a bit....odd....
I mean I guess it's supposed to be artsy and stuff...but uh...I found it kinda creepy.....

I was going to say what's with the tape that's playing but if he was recording...I have to say that just sounds like the annoying little kids across the road when they're playing in the back garden. It was probably just interference on the radio and some kids playing outside.
