Upgrading RPG and recreating new item system
Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that I have been working on the RPG game and you may notice that some of the pages such as the shops and headquarters load a tad faster now. Basically I am rewriting the old code with cleaner more optimized code that is easier to work with for future addons. During this process I figured I would try adding the new item system that was buggy a while back but very cool. It would basically give you more options and better navigation when it comes to handling your RPG items. I am basically letting you guys know that if you see weird stuff going such as temporary errors, you can ignore them since they are expected. Thanks!

what happens when i use the trophy its my first one lvl 99 does it go away or what?
OMFG I HAVE NO ITEMS BESIDES THAT I HAVE TO BUY IT ALL BACK
I CANT BUY ANYTHING!
FUN everything i try to buy says you cant carry more then 50 of this item
I tried to use a phenix down and it says i dont have any but i cant buy cause i have 50 of them?

Ok please do not freak out, that is why I created this topic. If there is a problem, relax and tell me exactly what is going on (which you have already done) and it will be fixed. It should be ok now, it was only displaying that error since it was checking your new system items. If you come across any other problems you can calmly let me know and it will be fixed. Since you reached level 99 and gained an award, it removes all of your non-rares since you have completed that class which is normal.

Ok the system is currently being switched over. Hopefully there will not be any problems but if there are please let me know by posting as many specific details as possible. I will edit this post once the new system is in place which should take about ten minutes.
EDIT
Ok the new item system is in place. I am aware of the bug when displaying your item inventory in that it doesn't group all of the items together. Like you would have:
Weapons:
blah 1
blah 2
blah 3
and another Weapons category elsewhere when in fact all weapon items belong together. The items page is also a littler slower but I will fix that once all of the bugs are worked out. I also noticed the Discard option for rares that you own is currently missing but I will try to see what is going on there.

The Weapons split is probably similar to the Advanced Search. In that search, any weapon with an MP Cost or possible Status Change, i.e. Cursed will separate themselves into another Weapons section.
I'm noticing that my inv has all the "Chance of Instant Kill Attack" weapons separated from the non-COIKA.

Thanks Kim yeah those two problems are related since I copied over the code from advanced search to integrate into the items system so once I figure out how to solve one problem I can fix the other Yes another good observation, the reason why they are separate is because the coding is supposed to combine different type types (instant kill, regular weapon) however it places them separate but with the same category name instead of placing all of them within the same category. It is a very weird bug.
EDIT
I noticed a new bug in the shop inventory main page where it displays that you own the item when you do not. I will fix that later.

my total items count is wrong
mine say 415
i have about 312 on the first page
but i have 9 pages
it was 2200 somethin before
it might be only counting one of each
didnt that happen last time?

It was counting each item and the quantity which it shouldn't have done. Now it displays the correct amount

also i have lost a lot of inventory

everything over 50 is gone now

Again, now it displays the correct amount which is 415 in your case whereas before it incorrectly counted every item and the quantity. The max limit for items is at 50 so the system reset all amounts over the limit back to 50.
