Kuja was much better than Sephy, Kuja may have a thong complex but at least he doesn't have a mother complex.
That and Kuja started a war, Sephy just took out one town.
Either way, Kefka is better than all three combined.

Sephiroth took out one town, killed Aeris(Aerith), and NEARLY became a demi-god
Kefka took out two towns (Doma and that one place where there are only kids), eradicated an entire race, changed the face of the earth, became a god, was actually evil, killed Leo, brainwashed Terra, and did it all without being a bishounen or having a cool sword.

I voted Sephiroth initialy, then I actualy realised that Kefka was the most evil, he didn't become a god like Sephiroth would have because Kefka would still be bound by various things that even espers cannot do, and he has such a low level for a final boss, but he achived what he wanted, Seph spent so long giving you clues and warning that he became more of an archnemisis in a bond film(giving away the plan before you ultimatly escape and ruin it) than a true villan.

yes he did he had huge respect for cloud he had several chances to kill cloud and the rest by hitting them in the back but he didnt

Sephiroth was by far the best end boss. Not only do I think he played a better part in a Final Fantasy game, but he had a cool sword. Plus, he had the better personality for a video game charager, AND he has a cool sword.
Plus his sword is cool.
