Tribal Wars
First, a story.
I first found tribal wars through someone on another game. I thought "Hey, this looks pretty fun!", so I joined. I started on World 28, and after working like a mad man to build everything up (your have buildings that have levels, troops, and all that), and then somebody wiped me out and took over my village for no reason.
I just started over on that account and thought of it as a learning experience. I joined another world while I was at it, World 30. Between the time I started on world 30 and earlier today, I had started an account on world 32, got taken over, deleted it. I also ended up starting over on 28 again, started over and stopped caring about that world. Recently I joined world 34, and my world 30 was thriving.
On Tribal Wars, you might have already guessed, you have the option of joining a tribe, or rather, you join a strong smart one or get screwed over.
I thought I joined a smart tribe on world 30 until I found they were attacking lower members in a far stronger tribe. At that point, I shot off a message inquiring about joining the family tribe of the tribe that was attacking mine. I got an interested message back, and then heard nothing and my village was then taken over by another individual.
This sent me over the edge, and I deleted every single account I had and am fully abandoning the game.

Story time is over, now, I was just wondering who else plays this joke of an online game that obviously favors those who spend and if you actually enjoyed the pile of garbage that doesn't give people a chance to succeed.

You probably made a common mistake among new players, it's not really a bad game. It's not points that counts, it's walls and troops. Ya can't be nobled if there's 20000 spearmen or something like that waiting to kill stuff.
Also, attacking tribe-aligned players is generally a bad idea...
Lastly, flare star, isn't that Mint Blancmanche in your signature? From Galaxy Angel?
