I used to build professional custom speaker boxes for cars back when I owned my own car stereo business. Either using plywood/tweed or fiberglass. It is really not that hard all you need to do is make sure the measurements are correct and patience.

oh wow thats awesome.
its finished too (unlike the case in the link i provided LOL), yes that does look like it would fit right into the game, hell i would almost say that it was ingame its so good.
