this is....interesting
just downloaded the game on my computer a week ago. It is an interesting game to be sure. I don't hate it, yet im kinda skeptical all the same. maybe the more I play it out the better it gets.
(BTW: FuN, if you are reading this, I have all of the midis for the game. and I mean ALL of them. just ask if you want them.  )

skeptical? aaw cmon lol this game is great...unfortunately i havent managed to finish it yet, no time to play...but its definitelly great and i totally loved every second of playing it

in the pc version u can have sephy ... as soon as you get to save your game at the scorpion guard ... lol hack it .. all characters .. all limits lv 99 alll weapons ... everything ... lol do omnislash on scorpion guard .. omg its funny

I liked Kingdom Hearts and FFXII because of the lack of random encounters. I don't really like walking two steps JUST TO GET ATTACKED BY SOME RANDOM WANDERING MONSTER! Especially when you're in an airship or a buggy and they still feel like fighting and you're so nice to give them a chance to die a slow and painful death instead of just HITTING THEM WITH THE DAMN VEHICLE!

I think turn-based is more of a Final Fantasy thing. It has been the way the system was run since the first Final Fantasy. Changing the system was just an experiment I think. I here that they are going back to turn based, but with the whole environment as your battle ground. So it will sorta please you Kingdom Heart lovers and Final Fantasy fanatics. (I think)

It's not just an FF thing. There's quite a lot of other RPG's similar. Perhaps if they did a more Chrono Trigger style combat...
